1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MyGameEvents PRO application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MyGameEvents PRO is a mobile application designed for amateur football coaches to track and log live match events including goals, cards, substitutions, and other game statistics. The App is available on Android via the Google Play Store.

3. Subscription & Pricing

3.1 Free Trial

MyGameEvents PRO offers a 30-day free trial upon first installation. No payment is required during the trial period.

3.2 Subscription

After the free trial, continued use of the App requires an active subscription at €2,99 per year (or the equivalent in your local currency as displayed in the Google Play Store).

3.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed annually through Google Play. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

3.5 Price Changes

TheVreisInnovations reserves the right to change the subscription price. You will be notified in advance of any price change and can cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

4. User Data & Privacy

4.1 Local Storage

All data entered into the App (team names, player information, match events, statistics) is stored locally on your device. TheVreisInnovations does not collect, transmit, or store this data on external servers.

4.2 No Account Required

The App does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use its core features.

4.3 Data Loss

Since data is stored locally on your device, TheVreisInnovations is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, uninstallation of the App, or clearing of app data.

4.4 Analytics

The App may collect anonymised usage data through Google Play services to help improve the App. This data does not identify you personally.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of TheVreisInnovations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the App for any commercial resale purpose without permission
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Misrepresent the App or its features to third parties

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TheVreisInnovations does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TheVreisInnovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Changes to the App

TheVreisInnovations reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through the App or our website.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
